(內(nèi)容很簡單,但不能因此就認(rèn)為是垃圾詢盤,試想如果自己是買家,能有多少時間給每一個供應(yīng)商單獨發(fā)詢盤? GOOGLE下客人的公司名,很容易找到其網(wǎng)站,客人的網(wǎng)站在 www.alexa.com 上排名360多W,能有排名就不錯了,OK,初步確定客人是值得去了解的,調(diào)整下報價單發(fā)過去)(我的大部分回盤都帶報價,因為我覺得客人沒有太多時間跟你不停往來郵件才拿到你的報價)
(為了節(jié)省雙方的時間,趕緊回復(fù), 第一次回盤要爭取給客戶的感覺:1)及時 2)專業(yè) 3)簡潔不羅嗦 4)禮貌 5)我想知道的有,沒想到的也有)
(我是用的FOXMAIL, 直接拉出簽名里的 模板,改下客戶的公司名,時間,標(biāo)題)

(這些其實都是其次,最重要的是你的報價單,要亮,比你的同行的報價要詳細(xì),但客人得看得清楚,一般是用EXCEL表格,我是調(diào)整又調(diào)整才有了固定的模板,我的報價單里有2個sheet, sheet1是產(chǎn)品價格,參數(shù),照片; sheet2是包裝資料,每一箱裝的內(nèi)容,紙箱尺寸,毛凈重,另外稍微改進(jìn)一下,讓客人自己填下數(shù)量,總的金額,立方,毛凈重都自動顯示出來,這個是簡單的加減乘除,很容易做的,花不了多長時間)
(做到如此,客人不回復(fù)的話,那我的推斷就是:
1)客人在等其他供應(yīng)商的答復(fù),再做比較, 這是最大的可能
2)客人可能在休息,未上班,但這種工作到半夜的客戶很少休息的, 可能性不大
3)我們的價格太高,也不大可能,我的價格比較合理,現(xiàn)在的網(wǎng)絡(luò),價格太透明了,價格高的太多,產(chǎn)品參數(shù)又不是很高檔,客人會直接把你delete掉 )
4)如果很長時間客人都不回復(fù),那我也不會去問的,我做到這樣連個回復(fù)都沒有,那么是不用談了,你不是誠心來買東西的
8月21日 北京時間02:57 客人回復(fù)了 (當(dāng)然該時間我是在困告啦)(期間,我是一次都沒去問客戶,我曾經(jīng)用國外的郵箱給自己的同行詢盤過,對于那種第一次價格就很高的人,我是絕對不會回復(fù)的,無論對方,2天,3天的同樣的郵件來問我情況如何,時間就是金錢,跟你這樣的供應(yīng)商談,浪費大量時間后還不一定有滿意的結(jié)果)(客人肯定是比較過幾家后再挑選幾個比較滿意的供應(yīng)商進(jìn)一步溝通)

We are interested in testing the quality and sending samples to our buyers. We are currently buying from another supplier as well, however we have had problems with quality and manufacturing time. Hopefully we can find that your trampolines are to the high quality we expect. Also, your prices are a little higher than we would like. We can accept the price for our sample shipment, but we need to know if you can be flexable on price with large orders.
We have a shipment leaving Guangzhou/ Shenzhen in about 30 days... Can you make delivery before this deadline?
In our trial order we will need 20 complete 16 foot trampolines with enclosure and ladder... Also if you have trampoline cover you can include that.
We can make payment as soon as we receive a proforma invoice and lead-time/ delivery time details.

You must know how qucik the exchange rate (USD - RMB) drops in August, in fact we have revised our prices last week, and it is higher than what I quoted to you.
We quoted the prices in May, but when customers paid the balance in end of July, the exchange rate is different, which means we could get fewer RMB.
It is very hard for our business. It is hard for me to raise price for you, but if we cooperated now, the exchange rate is also much lower than now. What's more, Shenzhen / Guangzhou is far from us, the port we usually use is Ningbo port.
The American government drops the USD rate, which brings big trouble to Chinese exporters. What we could do is: 1) raise price 2)use cheaper material
I know it is also hard for you to accept raising prices, but if we are bearing the risk of losing money, we can't do such business.
My English is not well, hope you could totally understand me. (有時候郵件說的太多了,我會加這么一句,如果客人看的煩了,看到最后一句,會原諒你的,而且,看出我是很誠懇的在跟他解釋)

(老外有的公司老總會有那種親密簽名在郵件后面,我也模仿下,自己在白紙上寫了半天,選一個稍微好的,掃描下,截個圖,放進(jìn)自己的FOXMAIL 簽名里,咱也牛逼下,不知道老外會不會反感,但我這么做,1是說明咱是地道的中國人,2是讓國內(nèi)的外貿(mào)公司知道我的中文名,有的人就喜歡被叫英文名,但咱中國人之間總是這樣也不好,會影響后代背宗棄祖的也不用漢名,只用洋名,咱起洋名是方便老外稱呼和識別) (可能咱覺得直接稱呼中文名不大禮貌,但我希望盡量讓人知道我的中文 姓)

The increased price is acceptable. (哈,接受漲后的價格,其實之前把握都不是很大,報價之后再跟客戶漲價真的很傷腦筋,更何況是才一周就要求漲?尤其是跟主要的幾個老客戶去漲價,那是心肝脾肺腎百般攪和之后在冷靜下來才去跟客戶慢慢解釋)
Can you please check for the complete shipping cost from your port at Ningbo to:
Sihanoukville or kampong som, Cambodia (一看,柬埔寨,oh my lady gaga,我們的產(chǎn)品是家用的,主要放在庭院里給小孩玩的,體積有點大,主要的市場是歐美,澳大利亞,新西蘭; 不過去年也做了3個泰國的小單,這些地方,跟中國一樣,人均面積少;況且,他們的收入不比歐美這些國家,所以消費者主要是那些當(dāng)?shù)厣贁?shù)比較有錢,有別墅及庭院的群體)(不過既然我們來安排海運(yùn),風(fēng)險就要小點,繼續(xù)看下文)
Also, could you please let me know the cost of the highest quality materials. Do you perhaps have pictures of the difference? (客人還是想知道最好的質(zhì)量是什么樣的)
We like the look of the safety netting on the outside of the mat. This makes the trampoline look much larger and more appealing. If you have some pictures of the actual 16' product it would be very helpful.
Do you have a problem if we include maybe 2 CM or less of other samples... Could we deliver them to you and have you combine them? If it is too difficult we understand..

Sent from my iPhone (iPhone果然強(qiáng)大?。。?! 不過偶然在網(wǎng)上看到,國產(chǎn)的小米科技智能手機(jī)好像今年9月要發(fā)布,據(jù)說性能也不錯,價格卻便宜很多,不知是否屬實,絕無廣告嫌疑,此處純屬口水。不過我覺得還是中國人厲害,好多人家搞了很久的東西,中國人一會就能搞的跟你差不多,價格還便宜。畢竟還是人多,1W人里出一個精英,也能把你們老外比趴下)(說到國人,我這里有一點廢話,國人的道德層面在被那些鉆法律漏洞的或者法律都錯判的案件給一點一點的在消磨掉,現(xiàn)在看到老太太倒地,都沒人敢去扶了,甚至都不敢靠近。經(jīng)濟(jì)是在飛速發(fā)展,但教育卻未跟上步伐,富二代騎車撞到小女孩,頭都不回就想走,其父來了也不道歉,反而去罵記者, 這個“理”字在一些人的腦袋里估計是沒有概念的,我們現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)看不到禮儀之邦,禮儀啊……)

The net I quoted to you is outside type (outside the frame pad), you could see pictures in my first quotation.
For trampoline with best frame pad and net, the price is much more expensive, about $15 dollars higher, that is why I don't quote it to our customers. (可以跟客人粗略的說下最好的質(zhì)量價格大概要高多少,看看對方的反應(yīng))
Where are the 2 cbm goods located? If the container is loaded in our factory, we could help load the 2 cbm for you, but we have only 8 CBM, we have to send the goods to the warehouse at Ningbo port. So please check with the other supplier if they could send goods to Ningbo port.

I will wait to hear back from you about the shipping cost. Maybe we can deliver our other samples (that are from Zhejiang province) to the ningbo port to be consolidated into one shipment. Usually I have an agent in Guangzhou help me with this. Would this arrangement be easy to make with the shipper in Ningbo? Can you help me understand the process? Some of my customers also sleep very late, so I always inform them about health. If we fall ill, we feel afflictive, bring troubles to our family, and our friends. We work hard is to live well with family and friends, but if we don't have healthy body, we are in trouble. (不少老外經(jīng)常工作到很晚的,其實中小型企業(yè)的老板幾乎都是這樣,不管是國外,國內(nèi),天道酬勤,多付出的人收到的回報也多)
The highest quality required more $15.40, please check attached PI (調(diào)整下PI,海運(yùn)費加進(jìn)去) ( I have also put on photos ), the ocean freight is $xxx, from Ningbo to Sihanoukville, sailing time is about 25 days ( transited at Singapore)
What kind of 1 CBM product is? because, for some other products, we don't have right to export them. If we can deal with that kind of product, of course, we will help you to export it as part of our order. If we can't, your supplier will declare at customs by themselves and it will be another order which will cost another charge from customs.

And please ask the supplier of tent to contact me, I need to know the correct HS. code for their tent and the rate of tax return from government. If it is different fro trampoline rate, it is difficult for us to declare it at our customs, because it will affect our declaration job in future for the trampoline spare parts. The customs will consider our declartaion for trampoline spare parts include other products, then we may be considered as a company who evade the tax. 13:07 分 客人水單發(fā)過來 ( 看了下,銀行代碼,地址,賬戶都對,就是公司名里忘了" CO., LTD.", 這個之前也有客戶忘了,要財務(wù)給銀行寫保證書,錢才能入賬,所以我在PI里銀行賬戶下面都加一句話提醒客人,我們公司名寫全了。 不過關(guān)系不大,等2天再讓財務(wù)去問下銀行是否有4k多美金匯過來)

Thank you for the bank slip, your agent forget " CO., LTD." for our company name, never mind, just a little trouble at our bank. I will inform you once it arrived. (稍微提一下,后面如果有返單,匯款前再跟客人提一下)(這種情況,款是可以到的,只是麻煩一點,銀行才給你入賬。)
You tent supplier are resting at noon, I will call them later.

I will be using an import agent in Cambodia who will act as importer and broker. I am still collecting their information and will forward that on to you by next week. (他要找柬埔寨的貨代,然后給我聯(lián)系方式)
Customs in Cambodia can be very difficult. Sometimes we are lucky, but often times we have a very high import tariff/tax. There are different categories of goods. More basic materials and products pay lower percent. In Cambodia they are unfamiliar with this product. If they know it is for "entertainment" it could be VERY expensive. However "equipment" category is more reasonable. (like metal scaffolding and net) So on the final invoice and documents maybe we don't call it "trampoline"... Do you have another idea? (柬埔寨的海關(guān)不好對付。。。 不過我沒接觸過,發(fā)表不了意見,只能你自己去問問那邊的貨代了)
Also we do not need any logos, pictures, or instructions included. So all that they will see when they open the box to inspect is steel bars, springs, net, etc (it will appear very basic) (我估計,他那邊品名對應(yīng)的若是低檔貨,海關(guān)查了后,即使他沒見過,看樣子也會認(rèn)可,關(guān)稅可能會少點)
Also maybe we can change invoice value before the documents are sent to the broker. (少報點貨物價值,少交點稅)

I am still checking if we could help to export the tent with our name.
The description on the B/L should be the same as what we declared at our customs. For the Commercial Invoice & Packing List, if you need Original B/L, Commercial Invoice and Packing List, the products description should also be the same. If you don't need original documents, we could change the CI & PL as you required. (不知道客人是要正本還是電放+電子版單據(jù))
The value could be changed for you on the Invoice. (客人清關(guān)用的東西能按照他要求來,就按他的來做給他)
I haven't exported to Cambodia before, so I don't know about their customs. You should make it clear how to process there. (柬埔寨的海關(guān)我不了解,還是你自己去弄清楚)

Your tent supplier will send the tent to us, we export them together with our trampolines under our company name.
For the description on the B/L, it must be: Trampoline, Tent (跟客人說下提單將顯示的品名, 一般T/T付款,要求不高,如果是L/C,就不能亂來了)
If you need original B/L, original Commercial Invoice, original Packing List, the description will be also like that. Value could be shown as your required
If you need Telex Released B/L, electronical Commercial Invoice, electronical Packing List, we could revise the value, we could change the description, but not sure if the customs at Cambodia could accept or not.
I don't know if telex release is available or not at their customs. So please check and confirm on this issue. (問客人是要正本,還是電放,對新客人都要問)
For the packing cartons, please check attachment, if you want to change the mark, please revise it and send back to me. (箱嘜,附件里發(fā)給客人紙箱的箱嘜設(shè)計)

If it is simple you could remove "trampoline". Even a blank box is acceptable. I can label them upon arrival here. I think it will be simple to figure out. Maybe label boxes 1-61 (just so I can quickly make sure all boxes are accounted for).. I will find out from my customs broker if we need anything else. I know in USA sometimes I get a fine if I don't have a sticker or label "made in china"...
If I find out more I will let you know. (那就等他消息吧)

8月25日 (上午財務(wù)說銀行那里款子到了,要去寫下保證書,沒關(guān)系,又不是第一次了)

For the shipping marks, what about write only on the top cover of the carton?:
1) first carton " CJR - 16 1/3 "
2) second carton " CJR - 16 2/3 "
3) second carton " CJR - 16 3/3 "
If you agree, please also tell your tent supplier to mark " CJR " on the cartons, so we could use " CJR " to register at the warehouse at Ningbo port, and shows on the B/L. (If it is blank carton, will cause some other extra troublesome problems) (For FCL goods, we could use N/M)
And, for the instruction manual, please let me know if you need it or not. P (哪里多出來給 P 字? 不是我手打的吧,不對啊,今天也沒吃地瓜什么的?。?nbsp; 我玩war3的,APM太高了!?。?/span>

(好了,后面主要是自己這邊的生產(chǎn)了,生產(chǎn)單拉出來,箱嘜等客人確認(rèn)后訂紙箱,小工廠,沒有跟單,自己要去盯質(zhì)量,包裝。 貨快好的時候,準(zhǔn)備訂艙,我們沒有單證,要外面的單證公司去做,我給她們的資料對他們訂艙,報關(guān),截歐洲ENS, 美加AMS 都很清楚, 我老板給的數(shù)據(jù)讓他們是欲哭無淚啊, 所以平時跟她們的關(guān)系也都不錯)
(后面就是等貨好發(fā)貨,給客人清關(guān)單據(jù)了,全額到帳的貨操作起來也方便了, 后面就不寫了,發(fā)表此帖是希望有多一點的積極作用,若有負(fù)面的影響,還望同志們見諒,并果斷指認(rèn)!!)
能得到客人的肯定將會是一種動力,激發(fā)你去做得更好! 如果有時候自己確實做的不好了,也要低下頭承認(rèn),并請教下客人對自己的看法,或者有什么好的建議
