SAMEX COCOA S.A.C We are an organization smallholder of cocoa of special qualities with more than 300 partners.
Our main activity is promoting the cultivation of cocoa, from planting, maintenance, harvest and cocoa export organic grain.
Cocoa bean variety that we produce:
- Trinitary (60%)
- Amazon foreign, with special features of flavor (20%)
- Hybrids segregating of Trinitary and Creole (20%)
Our grains are obtained from varieties of native cocoa beans (creole) known for its taste, aromatic and the nutrition. Located in Peru department of San Martin province of Mariscal Caceres - Juanjui, our partners have developed a method of processing not exceeding 45C thus conserving valuable nutrients the cocoa.
