Established in July, 2008, Ningbo Haocheng Synthetic Leather Co., Ltd is an enterprise engaged in manufacturing PU synthetic leather. Our headquarters is located in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. Our factory in Linhai is a near city to Ningbo. Our company covers an area of 75,000sqm with the overall investment of about RMB 220 million and the whole annual output is 70 million meters. In 2010, Haocheng built a new factory in Linhai, which covers an area of 55,000sqm. The new factory has started its production in October, 2012 and annual output has reached more than 50 million meters of PU.
Our company has got rapid development since the foundation of the company. One third of the existing 600 staffs is related to management and technique and has strong sense of research and creativity in leather products. Meanwhile, we have 15 dry & wet processing production lines and 10 coating lines along with supporting facilities of painting, boarding and peeling. In order to meet environmental requirements, our company has invested RMB 4 million to purchase environmental testing equipment. As soon as the products that have environmental requirements are made ready, we will test each part of them to make sure they are qualified to be shipped out. Moreover, with the government's cooperation, we give our employees environmental training to develop their environmental awareness. In this way, we hope to make our products' environmental friendliness a stepping-stone to enter the international market successfully.
