Our company is dealing with processing frozen anchovy and frozen top shell meat. Animal extracts shell, operculum (outdooor of top shell meat) small shell We have two sophisticated processing plants situated in the black sea region, Turkey. We have a production capacity of 1000-1100 tons of top shell and over 800 tons of block frozen anchovy annually. We have proved to realise most of the production of the above mentioned products and feel proud of the popularity our products earned throughout far east countries basically Japan, Korea and China.
