Zhangjiagang City is also the home to the largest national chemical industry distribution center in Southeast China. Today, Zhangjiagang Yongxing Machinery Co., Ltd. specializes in the manufacturing of chemical fiber equipment. We can provide systemic engineering services which include workshop design, equipment manufacture, installation and turnkey projects for domestic and foreign customers. Our company currently has fixed assets valued at USD6.3 million. Our factory facilities occupy 50,000 square meters and 200 personnel include 80 technicians, 15 designers and 20 chemical fiber engineers. Every year we complete nearly 20 full chemical fiber production lines.
Our key products, chemical fiber production lines, are among the best-selling products in Shandong, Hebei, Jiangsu, Hubei and other provinces. Meanwhile, our polyester fiber production lines are selling well in such overseas markets as Russia, Vietnam, India, Iran, Algeria, Lithuania, Honduras, Indonesia, Pakistan and Malaysia etc.
At Yongxing we have always emphasized the importance of producing the high quality products; good products originating from good equipment and strict production processes. Our company has various metal cutting, forging and stamping, punching, welding, grind-cutting and other state-of-the-art metal working equipment. In addition, we also have various precision inspection instruments. We have established a comprehensive quality control system and met the Beijing New Century Authentication Center ISO9001 approval standards in 2004. All processes include raw material inspection, rough machining, precision work, assembly, painting and packing. All is carried out under strict quality control.
