Ashfield international is offering all kinds of readymade garments and jute products to its valuable customers all around the world. As Ashfield International is a part of Micro Fibre Group, It has a wide range of manufacturing capacity, export facility and huge financial capability and in addition to that it has an extensive social value in the apparel industry in Bangladesh. It has 130 no's of production lines and annual manufacturing capacity is 54 million pcs.
Ashfield International is producing all kinds of knit fabrics it needs to meet the export demand. Using the world's latest and most dependable German and Taiwan origin brand machinery, it manufactures about 80 tons of quality knit fabrics per day using almost all varieties of knit yarns in all blends, counts and constructions. It produces Single Jersey, Heavy Jersey, Cotton and Lycra Piquet, Lacoste, Rib, Interlock, Fleece, Jacquard, French Terry, Herringbone, Thermal, Polyester, Nylon, Viscose, Coolmax, Yarn-dyed feeder stripe, engineering stripe, all-over body print and piece print fabrics etc.
To meet 100% customers demand, Ashfield international is providing the following facilities:
Spinning
Ashfield International having facilities to produce fine yarn, slub yarn, cvc, organic cotton, pima cotton and several other yarns.
Yarn Dyeing
With soft and hard winding processes, it has the latest European technology for dyeing yarns made of Cotton, PC, CVC, 100% Polyester, Modal, Viscose and the likes. It can dye about 10.5 tons per day.
Doubling & Twisting
Ashfield International has doubling and twisting facilities for both of gray and dyed yarns, processing about 4000kg of yarns per day.
Knitting
Ashfield International has the facility to produce all kinds of knit fabrics it needs to meet the export demand. Using the world's latest and most dependable German and Taiwan origin brand machinery, it manufactures about 80tons of quality knit fabrics, per day, using almost all varieties of knit yarns in all blends, counts and constructions.
Knit Dyeing
Ashfield International has the capability to dye about 150 tons of knit fabrics a day. Its intensive experience, expertise and state-of-the-art dyeing technology results in a clone-like uniformity in achieving dyeing perfection.
Lab
To ensure the highest quality in dyeing, it has a top-of-the-line laboratory having wash test, pilling test, color fastness test, shrinkage test, light test, and many other most contemporary and highly sophisticated lab testing facilities. Here, the shade of every lot of finished fabrics is verified with Data Color and Brand Color matching machines. The laboratory with all of its procedures is approved by H&M and C&A. Accreditation by ITS has been achieved successfully.
Washing
The washing facility is capable of processing all the volume and types of washing necessary for the customers demand.
Printing
Capable of printing any type of specifications in film to screen developments and has the arrangement of an all-over printing facility also in up to 12 colors, prints about 15tons of fabrics every day.
Embroidering
For augmenting its apparel further as per the desire of its buyers, uses 20 head world standard embroidery facility.
Merchandising
Ashfield International has a team of highly educated merchandising experts those are experienced and have got the ultimate visualization and demonstration techniques.
