    昨日在 我們的女生外貿(mào)群談及這一封投訴信,現(xiàn)在加以發(fā)表!、QQ: 974372361

    這是一封給與 DHL 美國(guó)的總公司因交付的貨物未能迅速付運(yùn)的投訴信。

    15 箱貨物,交付給我們?cè)趶V州的貨運(yùn)代理轉(zhuǎn)交 DHL 付運(yùn)後,一直下落不明,幾經(jīng)交涉均得不到處理,向香港的 DHL 追查貨物下落,也得不到要領(lǐng),最後轉(zhuǎn)移往 DHL 總公司投訴,追尋這批貨的下落,以下是我寫給 DHL 約總公司投訴部門總監(jiān)的一封投訴信:

    Dear Mike,

    DHL Tracking No. 34420

    Last Saturday, (8 March, 2014) evening, Our company handed over 15 cartons of xxxxx to your Branch office in GuangZhoucity,Guangdongprovince,Chinafor shipping to our customer xxxxx inUSA.

     

    The Tracking No. is DHL 34420

     

    But up to the present time, we are still unable to get any message from your GuangZhou Brance Office that our goods have been shipped to our customer, Could you please see into this matter  why our xxx could not be delivered to our customer on time.

    Your company has a good reputation on great service and in a quick shipment of goods, and why this has happened ?

     

    Could you please give us an explanation and follow up whereabout of our goods ?

     

    We are looking forward to your urgent reply

    電郵發(fā)出後,得到 DHL 總公司下述的回復(fù),貨物并得到迅速的處理。當(dāng)你對(duì)某些代理外國(guó)的公司不負(fù)責(zé)任的時(shí)候,轉(zhuǎn)移向那些外國(guó)總公司去投訴,是一個(gè)可行的方法!
