最開始,有的人說(shuō)詳細(xì)些好。最好還能貼上做的產(chǎn)品圖片。也是抱著試一試的心態(tài)。產(chǎn)品比較多,就用POWERPOINT做了一個(gè)幻燈片,給客戶的推銷信的內(nèi)容也是很復(fù)雜,介紹公司細(xì)節(jié),位于什么地方,做什么產(chǎn)品,產(chǎn)品類別,價(jià)格優(yōu)勢(shì)等等,洋洋灑灑四五百字。效果非常不好,而且經(jīng)常被退回來(lái)。
后來(lái)看到有的帖子上又說(shuō)要簡(jiǎn)短,不然客戶的郵件服務(wù)器最自動(dòng)把你郵件劃歸為COREMAIL,自動(dòng)被刪除,而且你的郵箱地址還會(huì)被阻止,很慘!于是有用精練(所謂的)的話寫了一封推銷信,退回的情況是有所緩解,但是客戶回復(fù)率依然不高。
我也沒(méi)有什么好方法,就這樣日復(fù)一日的發(fā)著推銷信。隨著經(jīng)驗(yàn)的增長(zhǎng)和時(shí)間的推移,我總結(jié)出:發(fā)信、措辭也是一門藝術(shù),同一個(gè)郵址有可能我發(fā)有回復(fù),你發(fā)就沒(méi)有。有一點(diǎn)是絕對(duì)忌諱的就是--冗長(zhǎng)。不斷的經(jīng)驗(yàn)積累以后,慢慢的你會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)你自己發(fā)的信越來(lái)越精練,越來(lái)越專業(yè),越來(lái)越有促使別人打開的欲望。
我現(xiàn)在仍然在不斷改進(jìn)中,茲附上鄙人的拙作,供大家參考。

所以,我這里僅僅是想表達(dá),各個(gè)人都能找到適合自己的方式方法,隨著時(shí)間推移,我想一個(gè)階段以后,你發(fā)出去的推銷信的回復(fù)率肯定比最開始要多很多。加油。
