通過(guò)個(gè)性和愛(ài)好的問(wèn)答，主考官可以初步判斷面試者的性格特點(diǎn)是否適合職位的需要。性格外向的人往往容易給人留下熱情活潑、思維敏捷但不深沉的印象，這類性格的人在面試時(shí)說(shuō)話的節(jié)奏要適當(dāng)放慢，語(yǔ)言組織得當(dāng)，要注意給人以博學(xué)多才、見(jiàn)多識(shí)廣的良好形象。性格內(nèi)向的人則容易給人留下深沉有余、反應(yīng)遲緩的印象，在面試時(shí)，這類性格的人要力爭(zhēng)積極回答，并就某一重大觀點(diǎn)展開(kāi)論述，以彌補(bǔ)自己性格上的不足。
