香港公司ANNUAL RETURN，又叫香港公司周年申報(bào)表，是香港本地注冊(cè)的公司向香港注冊(cè)處每年提交的一次報(bào)表，此報(bào)表非財(cái)務(wù)性報(bào)表，一般情況下無(wú)需連帶財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)報(bào)表一同提交。
Annual return報(bào)表名稱簡(jiǎn)稱為AR1，2014年后，注冊(cè)處更新報(bào)表名稱為NAR1，NAR1主要包含的內(nèi)容有：公司中英文名稱，注冊(cè)地址，股東信息和股份比例，董事信息，秘書信息等內(nèi)容，如果在本年度公司有變更，需要在NAR1中作出更新。根據(jù)注冊(cè)處規(guī)定，提交報(bào)表的時(shí)間跟隨公司的成立月日，例如一家香港公司是2000年1月1日注冊(cè)成立，那么每年的1月1日需要提交這份周年申報(bào)表，逾期42天將征收高額費(fèi)用。

Annual return 的英文解釋 Definitions：
1. Yearly statement which gives essential information about a firm's composition, activities, and financial position, and which must be filed by every active incorporated or registered firm with an appropriate authority. Under the provisions of general corporate legislation, it must contain details such as (1) particulars of the stockholders (shareholders), debenture holders, directors, and the firm's secretary, (2) list of charges (judgments and lien) against the firm's assets, (3) address of the registered office and location of the register of members, along with (4) a copy of the latest financial statements. This information is put on public record, so that the lenders and other entities dealing with the firm can get a 'true and fair view' of the state of its financial affairs.
2. Total yearly
return from an investment that includes dividend (or interest) and capital
gains (or losses) but not commissions, fees, and taxes.
3. Percentage yearly increase in the value of an investment, adjusted for the effects
of compounding.
