    以下是我剛?cè)肼毿鹿荆跊](méi)什么事情做的情況下與一個(gè)尼日尼亞的騙子往來(lái)的郵件。希望大家一起來(lái)分享我們平時(shí)是怎么識(shí)別騙子及怎么對(duì)付他們的。

    1. 詢盤:
    Dear sir,

    I will like to know terms of making trade with your company and what
    are the negotiations. I will be waiting for your further actions in
    order for us to proceed.

    Thanks and i do awaits your reply.

    沒(méi)問(wèn)任何了產(chǎn)品,詢盤沒(méi)有針對(duì)性。沒(méi)關(guān)系,我也格式化的回了一封介紹公司的郵件。當(dāng)時(shí)還沒(méi)想到他是個(gè)騙子。

    2.索要樣品:
    Dear sir: am very pleased with ur details. I wil like too get some
    > more clearification from you. I need a live sample of your product to
    > enable me make some advert to my customers. For them to know that such
    > goods is coming. Secondly before shipment i wil my purchasing manager
    > to visit your office in china for proper business negosiation. Can
    > your company draft an official invitation letter for him. Please
    > advice. Regards. Mrs. Elizabeth
    回了他的郵件后,就開(kāi)始想要樣品,及說(shuō)她和她的采購(gòu)經(jīng)理要來(lái)。但是后面一句要我們給他們提供邀請(qǐng)涵。感覺(jué)很正式,好像是個(gè)大客戶,有戲。但是我們還是要堅(jiān)持原則,所以回信告訴他我們的樣品政策并表示歡迎他們來(lái)公司,表示我們迫切地想同他們建立商務(wù)關(guān)系。

    這里要說(shuō)明一點(diǎn)。有些人一看需要你發(fā)邀請(qǐng)涵請(qǐng)把客人歸為騙子。其實(shí)不一定的。之前我有一個(gè)斯里蘭卡客人,也叫我發(fā)過(guò)邀請(qǐng)涵。當(dāng)時(shí)我也在猶豫要不要給他發(fā)。他有打電話給我問(wèn)(國(guó)際長(zhǎng)途),我問(wèn)他要哪種格式的,他說(shuō)一般的就行。并說(shuō)如果我們有困難,他可以從他朋友那里得到。他就從他朋友那里拿的邀請(qǐng)涵。后來(lái)我們見(jiàn)面了,聊了很多。他就成了我的第一個(gè)客戶。我辭職后,他還打電話給我呢。

    所以,不要客人一需要邀請(qǐng)涵就把他們當(dāng)騙子。

    所以我叫他先產(chǎn)品,還叫他發(fā)一份格式過(guò)來(lái),盡量幫他們做。但事先聲明了,這個(gè)不是官方文件。只是我們公司蓋個(gè)章。

    3. 談樣品及邀請(qǐng)涵的郵件,其中的一封。
    Dear sir,

    Thanks for your email explanation and details, sorry for my late
    reply, i was out from town for some business meetings and contract
    talks, hope you are not angry with me.

    I must confess that am very much delighted over the development at
    hand. Concerning the list of product, i have gone through the website
    and i have finally made my choice of which they are as follows RMB280,
    RMB390, RMB360, RMB430.

    Concerning what you asked,Would i prefer to have my purchasing manager
    to see the sample in our factory or shall we send samples to you
    first? Please i will like to have the sample send to me first for
    market values and as well to my customers who are waiting for it. Then
    my purchasing manager will still visit your factory in china to draw
    conclusion on how many years will your company produce for us? To sign
    all the relevant documents like MUO and other things that i will be
    necessary

    I will send the sample of the Invitation letter to you, Please you
    have to make sure that the letter is been registered with your home
    office. I promise a good business relationship with your company.
    Please when are you sending the sample to me so that i can give you
    the address of the delivery.

    I do await for your immediate email reply.

    OK, 既然你要樣品,可以,你先選,選好給錢就可以了。至于邀請(qǐng)涵,你又沒(méi)和我做過(guò)生意,我為什么要發(fā)給你?短時(shí)間的話,旅行簽證也可以過(guò)來(lái)吧?

    4.回他的郵件:
    Dear XX,
      
    Thanks for your e-mail. We would like to send an Invitation letter for your Purchasing manager. But as you know, if we do that, we will be responsible for what he will do in China. However, since we never do business with your company and do not know each other well, we can not do that according to our company's regulation. Therefore, we suggest you to get an Invitation from your previous business partner. In addition, you can also get a travel visa easily and then come to china.
    Regarding to samples, we wish we could send samples to you as soon as possible to start business. So please kindly select items that you would like us to send from the form I enclosed yesterday. Once again, I would like to let you know our company's sample policy: we will charge 2 times of the sample cost as sample charge plus shipping fee. For example, if the cost of a samples is 50 usd, them sample charge will be 100usd plus shipping fee. But do not worry, we will fully return this amount when you place a regular order.
    We are looking forward to hearing from your good news soon.

    騙子,你應(yīng)該止步了吧。沒(méi)想到他竟選擇了樣品,問(wèn)什么時(shí)候可收到樣。好吧,既然這樣,我就給你做報(bào)價(jià),做PI,給了錢就寄樣品了哦。
    通過(guò)幾封郵件,給了地址,算好了運(yùn)費(fèi)。給他做了PI,他又提出一個(gè)新問(wèn)--他們回家付不了款。以下是他的郵件。
    Dear Sir
    I have received your concerning the payment details of the sample. I
    wish to inform you that our country Nigeria do not do Western Union
    you can make inquiry concerning that to prove my sincerity to you.
    Please i suggest you fort for the expenses, I promise to balance you
    back when my purchasing  manager will pay your company visit for the
    order and shipment.
    I know you wont let me down now or in future, i promise you the best
    of my services as a woman. My words are bond.
    I will be waiting for your nice email response.
    Thanks for your understanding so far

    同樣沒(méi)有稱呼。說(shuō)他們不能用西聯(lián)匯款,并說(shuō)我可以去查。建議我們先給他寄樣,樣品費(fèi)到時(shí)給我們現(xiàn)金。抬高我,說(shuō)不會(huì)讓他失望。給我許諾。
    可是我不吃你那套。既然你說(shuō)不能用西聯(lián)匯款,可否用其它方式付款?樣品費(fèi)是小事,但以后你做生意怎么付款?于是我回他:You set us in a very difficult corner when we received your e-mail. W trust you what you have said. But there is still a problem. When will do business, how can you remitte money to us?
    We understand your situation and looking forward to hearing from you soon .
    5.騙子繼續(xù)回復(fù):
    Dear Sir,
    Thanks for your understanding, am very delighted concerning your comments.
    Look am a very sincere woman, i don't like to involve in my self in
    any thing that will tarnish or dent the image and reputation i have
    here in my country and outside the world. That is the reason why i
    told you that i have to send my purchasing manager down to company,
    how i do business with other companies here and outside the world.
    After sealing and agreeing on terms of production and all the
    important singed, my purchasing manager will pay your company cash
    immediately to start up the production immediately.
    You don't have any thing to worry about that is why i said i have to
    send him across to your company, Just tell me when are you going to
    send the sample for my marketers to let people know about your new
    product that we are about to import.
    Please i will like to hear from you. Just give me your words and i
    promise never to let you down now or in future. Please send the sample
    for us to start business immediately.
    We are talking about 40foot container here. This is business and not a
    child's play.
    I will be waiting for your positive email response concerning the
    sample delivery
    依然是沒(méi)有稱呼。沒(méi)有正面回復(fù)我的問(wèn)題,可以徹底斷定,這就是一個(gè)騙子。許諾,說(shuō)他的量大,說(shuō)他是嚴(yán)肅地在談生意。
    既然這樣,我也不客氣了,直接指出原因:
    Dear Mrs. Elizabeth,
    We trust you are reputable women in your country. However, a lot of cheaters from your country have damaged your country's image. So, we don't trust Nigeria People any more. Even through your country do not make payment by West Union; you can remit the money visa Bank Transfer. For alternative, we will release the sample when your purchasing manager comes to our office and pay us cash.
    It is our sincerity to do business with global customers. We have to hold up our principle. If you insist in sending samples to you but have some excuse for refusing samples charge, please do not write to us anymore. We don't want to waste each other's time.

    To prove you my self, I will like your company to issue me an
    invitation letter so that i will prove the sincerity of doing business
    with your company. I awaits for your reply
