Frankly, she is not a kind and easy going person, I?perform very carefully and polite to her?in our company,almost for two year, I stand her. I don't think it is necessary to tell the level so clear between the manager and assistent, we are all employees, why so cold and indifferent.?Does the "Manager" title need to be called and confirmed all the time? Even our boss is very kind to us, not need to call him "boss" all the time.
I try my best to?make all the people satify?but still?don't get good treat and trust, what is the problem? I don't know. Maybe I need to change a place. ?
