This type of ?biomass fluidized bed gasifier adopts high temperature pyrolysis tech,which can split the biomass wastes and tar totally.The gasification temperature will be about 800℃,and the temperature in smelter will be about 1200℃,high enough to split the tar.The main charactor of the syngas is,there is no tar contained,can be used in steel milling plant,forging plant,fireproof material tunnel kiln,cement rotary kiln,steam boiler,hot water boiler,thermal oil furnace etc directly without cleaning.This syngas can make the cost lower and bring higher economic benefits.And to some high quality required plant,like glass furnace,ceramics furnace or internal-combustion power generator,then need a gas cleaning system.This tech is from a Chinese famous unversity and also makes us earning the Chinese Utility Model Patent.
