Taizhou Huaxin Aviation Spare Manufacture Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture enterprise covering an area of 15,000 square meters including 8,500 square meters of workshop area. Our company is mainly specialized in producing products for kitchen use in passenger aircraft and stainless steel products. Our main passenger aircraft kitchen products are food trolley, garbage recycling vehicle, goods sales vehicle, folded trolley, items box, roasting grill and comal. The CRH train service series products are serving trolley, beverage trolley, goods sales vehicle, garbage recycling vehicle, service vehicle, etc.
Since the establishment, the company has set the principle of "high beginning, good quality and high-level expertise" to meet the demands of the market. Meanwhile, much attention is paid to the development of new products during which lots of equipment is made full use of. Our main manufacturing devices are machining center, universal tool milling machine, NC milling machine, steel plate shearer, hydraulic press brake, oil press, punch press, AC spot welder, DC air pulsing spot welder, high-precision material cutter, pneumatic riveting machine, cementing laminator, electronic erosion cutting plotter, numerical control hard bubble slice machine, electro polishing device, aluminum casting set, etc.
To ensure the stability of the product quality, our company has set up a perfect quality assurance system in manufacturing process and product laboratory with complete testing equipment according to the regulations in the airworthiness standard. On production site, we strictly control the products quality according to the Quality Assurance Manual and related quality control program. We also have a competitive science-tech team and the first-class management mode. We have more than 100 staff members including more than ten technicists who are the backbones of our company.
Since January 2002, our company has passed the acceptance inspection by the civil aviation administration's PMA and a lot of reviews by the Aircraft Airworthiness Department of the civil aviation administration and we have already passed the CTSO project acceptance inspection successfully. The non-civil aviation management products are under quality control according to ISO9001:2008 standard.
