2.Continuous innovation
At least 10pcs new product will be created per day according to the trend and customer's need.We will promote our new product to our old customer per week,to potential customer per fornight,to other customers per month.
3.Excellent quality
A.We will pay more attention to each quality detail for each component when place the orer to production department.We will list all the details and quality requirement and photos in one excel form,communicate with production department face to face.
B.In order to avoid quality problem during mass production,we will inspect the goods during production.The goods should be inspected before packing,defected product must sort out before packing.
C.Whatever customer require inspection,after finishing mass production,Outstanding QC team need to inspect the goods based on AQL before shipment.Outstanding inspection include initial production check,intermediate inspection,final inspection.
D.In order to acoid moisture,all the carton should be place on the pallet,will take good care when carrying.

4.Prompt delivery
A.We will control the lead time of each order product/component strictly.
B.According to the the production schedule,we will urge production department do some testing&preparation before production.
C.Quality and delivery is most important.During mass production,if we find the quality problem or production time is tight.we will report to top management for coordinate,we will readjust and add more workers for prompt delivery to our customer.
D.In order to cope any emergency for each shipment,we will give ourself some allowance.
