The company has been founded in 1997 and during all this years expanded the business. Today Bittel has a personnel of 40 people in total, which insure swift deliveries, take care of corporate customers, dealers and end customers of the company.
Bittel's headquarter is situated in the second biggest city in Bulgaria. Plovdiv is located on strategic location, lowering transportation time and costs to all the state. From the bulding 700 m2 is reserved for offices with vast space and good working conditions, which are very important for good attitude towards client and work itself.
Bittel's crew tends to keep wide range of products on stock in order to respond to customer's every request and caprice. We let our clients touch and feel the products while being consulted by professionals. Teamwork is of high priority and of a great importance for the CEO of the company. 2000m2 of Bittel's building area are occupied warehouses and service department. Modern engineering and architecture show the company's attitude towards its clients and partners.
We pack every product according to the regulations of the country it is going to be sold in. Constant trainings and seminars assure that warehouse workers commit no errors. Our warehouse uses specially designed system for storing and moving the goods that assures use of the maximum volume of the warehouse itself. Every process is managed by Warehouse Management Software.
We have developed our own logistics network and are able to deliver in a matter of a day to every city due to our own trucks and buses. Sales representatives have their own fleet at their disposal.
