We are a young and creative team, with a material drawing plant, a stamping molding plant, a standard fastening pieces plant, a non-standard fastening pieces plant and a machinery turning parts plant included. There are 200-250 staff members in our company, some of whom graduated from elite universities and some are senior skilled workers with 10 'years working experience. Main categories of products:
1). Mechanical processing parts: Precision stamping products, mandrels, pneumatic fittings and CNC lathes.
2). Fastening pieces: Precision machine screws, drilling screws, triangle screws, combinational screws, bolts, nuts, rivets, washers, springs and lathe parts (non-standard items).
Main materials of products: Carbon steel (low carbon steel, medium carbon steel, high carbon steel and spring steel), stainless steel (SUS201, SUS202, SUS302, SUS303, SUS304, SUS316, SUS416), alloy steel, zinc aluminum alloy, free-cutting iron, aluminum, copper, plastic, PVC, bakelite, nylon, etc.
Manufacturing standards: Our main manufacturing standards are ISO, GB, JIS, DIN, BS, ANSI and corporate standards (customers' drawings).
Surface-treatment: Trivalent zinc (white, blue, black, yellow and colorful), nickel, copper plating nickel, copper plating, silver plating, chrome plating, ancient copper plating, gold imitation, head spray-painting, surface staining and NYLOK treatment. The products are complaint with RoHS and Sony standards, also with third-party certificates such as SGS Report.
