Our approach to quality management is consistent, systematic and thorough, aimed at continuous improvement in terms of quality and food safety aspects. In order to offer our clients the best possible food safety guarantee, all our production processes are conducted according to critical control points (HACCP). These are closely linked to the Dutch and European foodstuffs legislation and the standards of the Codex Alimentarius; legislation and standards with which we comply as well. Examples of other quality systems which we use are BRC, GMP and IFS.
CBM brand has been the global market leader in terms of goat milk ingredients for the business market, which include full-fat and low-fat goat milk powder, goat cream as well as goat butter, which are suitable for a wide range of applications in the food industry. The goat milk used in the CBM products comes from our own Dutch goat farmers. That is how they control the entire chain of production and to guarantee the highest quality.
