Futuroinfo was established in Jan 2010 in Seoul. Since the year, in 2010 we have started to work in the field of Export Service for SME. Our services are exporting consultation, Google advertisement, SEO, overseas advertisement through publishing monthly product magazine, and supplying catalogues, website development, video production, market research. Our strength is having good manpower with experiences for more than 10-20 years, and who worked in government organizaton and in overseas companies. Especially we have know-how in Korean market with business in full ranges
With our all know-how, we started partnership with alibaba since jan 2016 and now we are the leading global partner of alibaba in korea.
We have 11 staffs In Seoul. Among them, we have 5 staffs in sales department. Also we have partners in major cities like Busan, Kwangjoo, Daegu, Chungchung . There are also 12 staffs in regional sales teams. In service teams, we ourself have 6 staffs in Seoul. We also have IT Center in India to support in SEM and market research.
In 2014 we had 84 customers and in 2015 we have worked with 145 customers serving in various fields. Our customers are increasing every year. It is because our business line is extending. 80% of our customers change every year, in accordance with government support program.
