    如何做一個(gè)成功的外貿(mào)人士?如何在外貿(mào)工作中取得更大的利潤(rùn)?這是每一個(gè)外貿(mào)人員所關(guān)注的,希望幾點(diǎn)小技巧會(huì)為更多人的帶去幫助。
    向溝通對(duì)手表示善意與歡迎
      --I will arrange everything.
      如果溝通是由你發(fā)起,提供對(duì)手一切的方便,能使溝通一開(kāi)始便在友善和諧的氣氛下進(jìn)行。尤其是當(dāng)你的溝通對(duì)手是遠(yuǎn)道而來(lái)的,你熱心地告知他:“I will arrange everything." (我會(huì)安排一切。)不但表現(xiàn)出你的誠(chéng)意,也能使他在不必顧慮食宿等瑣事的情況下,專(zhuān)心與你進(jìn)行溝通。

      溝通進(jìn)行中應(yīng)避免干擾
      —No interruptions during the meeting!
    如果溝通的地點(diǎn)是在你的公司,那么請(qǐng)叮嚀你的部屬,勿在溝通過(guò)程中做不必要的干擾。因?yàn)檫^(guò)份的干擾會(huì)影響溝通的意愿和熱忱。

    資料須充實(shí)完備
      —We have a pamphlet in English.
      具體的物品通常比口頭描述更有說(shuō)服力。當(dāng)客戶(hù)聽(tīng)到你說(shuō) "We have a pamphlet in English."(我們有英文的小冊(cè)子。)或 "Please take this as a sample"(請(qǐng)將這個(gè)拿去當(dāng)樣品。)時(shí),一定會(huì)興趣大增,進(jìn)而問(wèn)你許多和產(chǎn)品有關(guān)的問(wèn)題。如果你平時(shí)資料搜集得全面,便能有問(wèn)必答。這在商務(wù)溝通上是非常有利的。

    要有解決問(wèn)題的誠(chéng)意
      —Please tell me about it.
      當(dāng)客戶(hù)向你提出抱怨時(shí),你應(yīng)該做的事是設(shè)法安撫他。最好的辦法就是對(duì)他提出的抱怨表示關(guān)切與解決的誠(chéng)意。你的一句“Please tell me about it”(請(qǐng)告訴我這件事的情況。)或“I'm sorry for my error and assure you I will take great care in performing the work”(我為我的錯(cuò)誤感到抱歉,并向您保證,我會(huì)盡全力處理此事。)令對(duì)方覺(jué)得你有責(zé)任感,也會(huì)恢復(fù)對(duì)你的信任。

      隨時(shí)確認(rèn)重要的細(xì)節(jié)
      —Is this waht we decided?
      商務(wù)洽談中,一牽扯到金額、交貨條件和日期時(shí),除了洽談當(dāng)時(shí)要用口頭復(fù)述加以確認(rèn)外,合約擬好后,更要詳細(xì)地過(guò)目一遍。一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)疑點(diǎn),應(yīng)立刻詢(xún)問(wèn)對(duì)方“Is this what we decided? ”(這是我們說(shuō)定的嗎?)合約內(nèi)容真的錯(cuò)得離譜,就應(yīng)告訴對(duì)方“I'll have to return this contract to you unsigned."(我得將這份合約退還給你,不能簽名。)以示抗議。任何合約上的問(wèn)題,寧可羅嗦一點(diǎn),也決不可含糊。

      聽(tīng)不懂對(duì)方所說(shuō)的話(huà)時(shí),務(wù)必請(qǐng)他重復(fù)
      —Would you mind repeating it?
      英語(yǔ)不是我們的母語(yǔ),聽(tīng)不懂是很自然的。聽(tīng)不懂又裝懂,那才是有害的。其實(shí)請(qǐng)人家重復(fù)或再講清楚一點(diǎn)并不難,你只要說(shuō)”Would you mind repeating it?"(您介意再講一遍嗎?),相信對(duì)方不但會(huì)再說(shuō)一遍,而且連速度都會(huì)放慢些。如果你還是沒(méi)聽(tīng)懂,那么仍然要用這個(gè)老方法:“Could you explain it more precisely?”(您能解釋得更明白一點(diǎn)嗎?)

      說(shuō)“不”的技巧
      --No, but …
      在商務(wù)溝通上,該拒絕時(shí),就應(yīng)該斬釘截鐵地說(shuō)“No.”拐彎抹角地用“That's difficult"(那很困難。)或“Yes, but..."(好是好,可是…)來(lái)搪塞,會(huì)令對(duì)方覺(jué)得你答應(yīng)得不夠干脆,而不是在委婉地拒絕。如果你說(shuō)“No,but…”對(duì)方便清楚地知道你是拒絕了,但似乎還可以談?wù)劇_@個(gè)時(shí)候,你因?yàn)橐严扔谩癗o”牽制對(duì)方,而站在溝通的有利位置上了。

      不浪費(fèi)溝通對(duì)手的時(shí)間
      -- ...then I'll drive you to the airport for your flight at 7:00.
      在溝通開(kāi)始以前,最好事先得知溝通對(duì)手的行程表,并盡量配合。當(dāng)你和客戶(hù)談好了一切細(xì)節(jié)以后,你對(duì)他說(shuō)“I'll have my secretary type the contract for you to sign at once, then I'll drive you to the airport for your flight at 7:00. (我會(huì)讓我的秘書(shū)立刻將合同打好給您簽名,然后,我開(kāi)車(chē)送您去機(jī)場(chǎng)搭七點(diǎn)鐘的飛機(jī)。)想必他一定會(huì)感激你的周到細(xì)心,因此也會(huì)采取合作的態(tài)度。

    達(dá)到目地,立即離開(kāi)
      —I'm glad to have met you, Mr. Lee.
      如果協(xié)議達(dá)成,而你仍流連忘返,則有以下兩種危險(xiǎn):溝通對(duì)手改變主意;或者你可能因松懈而目不擇言,說(shuō)錯(cuò)了話(huà)。因此商議一完成,立即以 "I'm glad to have met you, Mr. Lee."(李先生,很高興認(rèn)識(shí)您。)收?qǐng)?,告別離去。

      保留溝通對(duì)手的面子
      —Your views regarding management differ from mine.
      要使溝通徹底失敗,最好的辦法就是使你的溝通對(duì)手顏面盡失??墒牵@該不是你所要的結(jié)果吧?因?yàn)槿绱艘粊?lái),溝通不但要破裂,也會(huì)招來(lái)對(duì)手的怨恨。雖然你重重地打擊了對(duì)手,自己卻也成了失敗的溝通者。因此向?qū)Ψ教岢鲑|(zhì)疑時(shí),要確定將矛頭指向事情本身,而不是對(duì)手身上:“Your views regarding management differ mine.”(您的經(jīng)營(yíng)觀點(diǎn)和我的不同。)有時(shí)候,你甚至于可以將責(zé)任歸咎于不在場(chǎng)的第三者身上,而不是直接推給溝通對(duì)手:" Someone must have given you wrong information."(一定是有人把錯(cuò)誤的情報(bào)給了你。)這樣的說(shuō)法可以引導(dǎo)對(duì)方修正他的觀點(diǎn),而不會(huì)觸怒了他,使他拂袖而去。
