Dear Sir,
We are happy that you will be returning back to work on the 10th.We would like to inform you that our Manager that is coming will spend just 10 days (expenses to be fully paid by us) to sign an agreement with your company and pay some deposit if we are okay with your price.
As regard the samples,he will bring some design and drawing along for your observation and remark.
please note that time is not on our side,we need to conclude this business on time.Please note that copy of our Manager is herein attached for your reference.We where unable to open your website??
