舉個例子來說吧，9月7日是巴西獨立日，巴西最近受到很多外貿(mào)人的關(guān)注，比如2014年的世界杯和2016年奧運會的舉辦，必定引起該市場很多產(chǎn)品極大的需求；比如5月份出臺的巴西海關(guān)新規(guī)定等等。不管是好是壞，這個市場總歸是值得關(guān)注的
巴西獨立日的背景：
1822年9月7日，巴西宣布完全脫離葡萄牙而獨立，成立了巴西帝國，年僅24歲的彼得羅一世成為巴西國王。1888年，巴西帝國廢除了奴隸制。第二年， 帝制垮臺，巴西成立了聯(lián)邦共和國。1891年，第一部憲法制定，定國名為巴西合眾國，1969年國名又改為巴西聯(lián)邦共和國。
巴西和中國的時差是11小時。我國在東半球，較早，所以北京時間減去時差就是巴西的時間。加入中國時間是10點，那么10—11=-1，巴西退一天，就是10—11+24=23。就是當我國日期時間是2日10點時，巴西就是1日23點。
