    現(xiàn)在公司開始整頓了，聽說這個(gè)公司成立不到一年的時(shí)間，以前各方面都沒有完善，現(xiàn)在開始步入正軌了，以前的自由氣氛可能也少了不少，不知道這樣是好還是壞啊，不過沒有制度也不行啊畢竟我們國家這么多年都是靠制度來維持的，可是條條框框如果太多，估計(jì)也會(huì)束縛員工的思想及活力吧。還是要有適當(dāng)?shù)淖杂珊粑目諝獗容^好。
