    很多業(yè)務(wù)人士在與客戶(hù)談生意時(shí),可能都會(huì)遇到一個(gè)同樣的問(wèn)題:當(dāng)生意沒(méi)談多久,客戶(hù)就不愿再和你溝通了。因此,如何提高與客戶(hù)的對(duì)話效率,拉長(zhǎng)與客戶(hù)之間的對(duì)話時(shí)間,成了很多業(yè)務(wù)人士想知道的答案。 筆者認(rèn)為,業(yè)務(wù)人士要提高與客戶(hù)的對(duì)話率、拉長(zhǎng)與客戶(hù)的對(duì)話時(shí)間,需要從談?wù)摰脑掝}、客戶(hù)需求點(diǎn)以及與客戶(hù)的良好溝通方面做起。 首先,要具有讓客戶(hù)感興趣的話題,千萬(wàn)不要讓客戶(hù)感覺(jué)你一直是在向?qū)Ψ酵其N(xiāo)你的產(chǎn)品,而根本就沒(méi)有顧忌到他的感受。如果業(yè)務(wù)員能夠找到客戶(hù)感興趣的話題,往往只需要費(fèi)很少的口舌,就能夠成交。反之,即使浪費(fèi)再多的口舌、再多的時(shí)間,其結(jié)果也只能以失敗而告終。 其次,要弄清楚對(duì)方的真正需求點(diǎn)。一般而言,對(duì)方所關(guān)心的幾個(gè)要點(diǎn)通常是質(zhì)量、單價(jià)、服務(wù)等,因此,業(yè)務(wù)員在給對(duì)方推薦產(chǎn)品的同時(shí),要為對(duì)方的需求著想,給他一種買(mǎi)到了物有所需,而且比較實(shí)惠的,占到便宜和利益的感覺(jué)。用這種方法比較容易能打動(dòng)客戶(hù),但前提是一定要先了解客戶(hù)的真正需求點(diǎn)在哪里?注重的是什么?因?yàn)橹挥辛私獾竭@些你才可能給出客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意的答案,這樣他會(huì)很樂(lè)意跟你交往或者說(shuō)交易。 最后,要與客戶(hù)有一個(gè)良好的溝通。只有風(fēng)度和氣質(zhì),只能贏得周?chē)艘粫r(shí)的認(rèn)可,而真正的推銷(xiāo)應(yīng)是相互應(yīng)答的互動(dòng)過(guò)程,自己的一句話應(yīng)是上一句話的繼續(xù),對(duì)客戶(hù)的每句話作出反應(yīng),并能在自己的說(shuō)話中適當(dāng)引用和重復(fù),就會(huì)取得真正的溝通。同時(shí)還要選擇客戶(hù)感興趣的主題,說(shuō)一些有關(guān)改進(jìn)推銷(xiāo)效率的問(wèn)題,那我們就要強(qiáng)調(diào)你的產(chǎn)品給他帶來(lái)的利益,要對(duì)執(zhí)行人進(jìn)行勸說(shuō),我們才能使他們的工作更為順利。 總之,業(yè)務(wù)員在與客戶(hù)溝通的過(guò)程中,關(guān)鍵是要能夠讓客戶(hù)愿意與你對(duì)話,對(duì)于你以及你的產(chǎn)品感興趣。
