    好幾個(gè)小單都飛了,我也是很委婉的提了一下,然后客戶就不理我了,是不是歐美那邊的客戶都不喜歡別個(gè)提錢的事?什么都好了,細(xì)節(jié)也商量好了,然后過了幾天我委婉的提了一下,一提付款了突然就沒回信了。。。搞的好郁悶啊,求大神指點(diǎn)指點(diǎn)。

    催款,真的催的很心煩的,特別是今年遇到疫情的情況,很多實(shí)單客戶都取消訂單了,沒有取消訂單的客戶也遲遲不付款的。大環(huán)境不好,客戶付款也沒有之前那么積極了,你只能慢慢催,急不得。不能讓客戶覺得你就是看中了他的錢,款還是要催的,但是你要注意方式方法,你告訴客戶你這邊需要派單到工廠,安排工廠那邊做貨,如果超過多久時(shí)間的話可能交貨是個(gè)問題,就是語言上不要直接催錢,要拿一些理由來催,還有就是及時(shí)告知客戶這邊的一些政策,疫情防控的要求,同步給客戶,讓客戶覺得你是盡心盡力的做好這單生意。
