要么，另找買家，要么退運，產(chǎn)生的費用就得自己承擔(dān)了。
《海商法》第86條規(guī)定，“在卸貨港無人提取貨物或者收貨人遲延、拒絕提取貨物的，船長可以將貨物卸在倉庫或者其他適當(dāng)場地，由此產(chǎn)生的費用和風(fēng)險由收貨人承擔(dān)。”
因此，貨物在目的港無人提取，應(yīng)當(dāng)由收貨人承擔(dān)責(zé)任。
如果沒有收貨人出現(xiàn)怎么辦?
《海商法》在第87、88條規(guī)定了承運人對所承運的貨物可以行使留置和拍賣的救濟(jì)手段，并且進(jìn)一步規(guī)定“拍賣所得價款，用于清償保管、拍賣貨物的費用和運費以及應(yīng)當(dāng)向承運人支付的其他有關(guān)費用;不足的金額，承運人有權(quán)向托運人追償。”
