2、海上絲綢之路的起點，海南成為自由貿易港，這個自由貿易港會成為推動亞太地區(qū)、東南亞地區(qū)的一個重要支撐。
3、取代香港，不存在。香港是我國一國兩制的重要城市，是一個高度自由的貿易港，誰都不可能取代香港在中國貿易中的地位，不管是從香港的經濟和法律，都更適應于外貿的發(fā)展。
