    有幾個(gè)客戶寄樣品后,跟進(jìn)都沒有什么回復(fù),或者回復(fù)需要時(shí)間查詢,這個(gè)怎么跟進(jìn)能盡快成單?

    這個(gè)寄樣之后,你需要頻繁的聯(lián)系客戶呀,比如問客戶對樣品有沒有不滿意的地方,還有沒有什么其他需求呀,客戶說需要時(shí)間查詢的話,大概率是在比較中,選擇一個(gè)合適的供應(yīng)商。那么你一直逼著客戶去給你下單也是不行的,你得使用一些策略,比如說你們最近出現(xiàn)的優(yōu)惠活動(dòng),或者說你們出了新的產(chǎn)品,或者說你告訴客戶這個(gè)產(chǎn)品如果現(xiàn)在不下單的話,后面工廠的排期會很晚的等等,要想著法子聯(lián)系客戶,不要發(fā)郵件就是問客戶要不要下單之類的,你要給客戶傳達(dá)一些我是站在你的角度幫你考慮問題的。
