加工貿(mào)易異地加工，外發(fā)加工，和深加工結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)的區(qū)別在于概念不同——
所謂加工貿(mào)易異地加工一般是指加工貿(mào)易的經(jīng)營單位與加工單位不再同一地區(qū)，換句話說就是經(jīng)營單位委托外地的加工單位做加工。
所謂外發(fā)加工一般是指加工貿(mào)易的經(jīng)營單位自己把部分或全部加工活計外發(fā)給本單位之外的單位加工——如果外放給外地加工單位，就屬于異地加工。
所謂深加工結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)一般是指加工單位完成了整個加工過程中的一部分，而將半成品轉(zhuǎn)給下道工序的加工單位繼續(xù)加工。
