1） 既然要讓買家付錢，最好提供正式一定的文件--- PI，把自己的賬號(hào)直接寫在郵件里面讓買家轉(zhuǎn)賬是不太好吧。
2） PI里面，最好能簡(jiǎn)單寫下產(chǎn)品的主要規(guī)格、包裝，確認(rèn)樣品的制作的細(xì)節(jié)，免得客戶付了錢收到樣品后又反饋樣品不是他想要的，影響進(jìn)一步的合作。
2. 樣品可免費(fèi)提供但是要收取運(yùn)費(fèi)

要買家的快遞賬號(hào)是重點(diǎn)，確認(rèn)樣品細(xì)節(jié)是為了讓收運(yùn)費(fèi)顯得不那么直接。
再說(shuō)，多確認(rèn)下SAMPLE DETAIL 也沒什么壞處，又專業(yè)又仔細(xì)。
如果能再包裝一下免費(fèi)樣品會(huì)更好：
‘Usually we don’t offer free sample but we really cherish this chance to open the new South America market. I’ve talked to my boss and he agrees to offer free sample but I’m afraid the freight charge will have to be bared by you.’
3. 不想寄樣品
第一封詢盤就要樣品的買家，說(shuō)不定根本就不是什么買家，特別當(dāng)詢盤來(lái)源是某些不適合該產(chǎn)品的地區(qū)時(shí)，可能只是要FREE SAMPLE 而已，不想寄樣，但也不建議直接拒絕。參考樣版：

如果不收樣品費(fèi)的, 想讓買家出運(yùn)費(fèi)，如果樣品制作的時(shí)間不長(zhǎng)，不管樣品是不是真的READY，都可以告訴客戶說(shuō)樣品已經(jīng)完成了，說(shuō)不定買家一看，東西已經(jīng)可以寄啦，那我再看一眼吧。

5、有收樣品費(fèi)的，只要樣品制作的時(shí)間不長(zhǎng)，不管樣品是不是真的READY，也可以說(shuō)樣品已經(jīng)做好了，但要讓買家覺得，我們已經(jīng)在讓步了。
