下面再轉(zhuǎn)篇L/C失敗案例，提醒下大家：
L/C收到時間：2007-12-3
最晚ETD：2008-1-30 (latest date of shippment)
到期日：2007-2-14 (Date of Expiry) in spain
貨值：USD40000.0
軟條款：Inspection Certificate issued by applicant or it's agency. （即客戶/客戶代理出具的驗貨報告）
分析：從上面可以看到，從收到L/C到ETD有59天，常規(guī)做貨時間45天。到期地點在客戶國家
結(jié)論：這是時間對于L/C來說是不太夠的，ETD=59天，ETC約=56，完成大貨時間=52，也就是說，在正常情況下45天完成大貨，還有52-45=7天的余地。也可以說還留有一班船的余地（就是說本周ETD若有問題，還可延至下周的ETD而不會導(dǎo)致不符點）
大家可以看到，這是一個特殊的時侯：春節(jié)，所以接L/C的定單，有兩點要考慮：
1. 在L/C常規(guī)交貨期中要記得加15天左右的假期. 這樣既使無法在節(jié)前出貨, 過完節(jié)回來再出貨也不會有貨期不符點.因而過一個安心的年.
2. 貨期要相對常規(guī)貨期加長10天左右,因為工人會陸陸續(xù)續(xù)離開工廠,導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)量下降,或者供應(yīng)商延期交材料,甚至供應(yīng)商無法提供材料要換供應(yīng)商(我前天就接到通知說某個做紙箱的供應(yīng)商放假了,不接我們的單,因此,我的那個定單只能用倉庫的紙箱,因為沒有時間重新定料)！
