請原諒我直言,什么樣的產(chǎn)品訂單可以跟進(jìn)四十多次?這說明什么,跟進(jìn)的效率太低,也就是說大部分的跟進(jìn)內(nèi)容都是無效的。如果我是買家,在十次以下我就會放棄你們公司,因為我沒那么多時間。
你的回復(fù)內(nèi)容中我標(biāo)為黃色的部分,最多只要三句話來說。也就是說這段話基本無用,買家只關(guān)注自己的需求有沒有得到回應(yīng),沒興趣開始就看你那么一大段話。這樣你的第一次回復(fù)就是80%內(nèi)容是多余的。
像此類的詢盤,客戶明確指定采購的產(chǎn)品類型的,最好的跟進(jìn)方法就是根據(jù)客戶的需求提供產(chǎn)品資料,在需要詳細(xì)介紹和說明的部分以及有可選項的部分都標(biāo)注說明,需要問的問題附在產(chǎn)品介紹之后,結(jié)合產(chǎn)品來問。例如,這款產(chǎn)品適用于……此外我們還有XX到XX系列的產(chǎn)品,不知道你們準(zhǔn)備采購哪些類型?或者采用表格方式把主要系列的產(chǎn)品并列介紹,一目了然。這樣就比客戶問過來你再直接問回去效果好多了。寫好郵件之后想一下,如果客戶看到郵件,所提供的資料是否讓客戶足夠了解到一定程度的信息,從而能夠提供推進(jìn)訂單的實質(zhì)問題。自己多做功課,讓客戶少做功課。
你所說的與產(chǎn)品有關(guān)的問題,優(yōu)先你們公司內(nèi)部解決,找相應(yīng)的部門人員,如果內(nèi)部實在解決不了,再問客戶確認(rèn)。當(dāng)然如果客戶了解你的情況或直接問客戶優(yōu)勢特別明顯,可以直接問。
多數(shù)跟進(jìn)沒有回音都是因為你在跟進(jìn)的時候根本沒有想清楚客戶究竟想得到什么信息,自然,跟進(jìn)的內(nèi)容都會是客戶不滿意的。
