Working principles
Follower plate systems are used for press-packing finished production from two shafts, four shafts high viscosity mixer. They are designed to discharge viscous non-flow materials from the vessel of a change can mixer platen, which is lowered by means of a hydraulic cylinder pushes out the contents of the vessel through a discharge valve which is normally located in the bottom of the vessel. Main hydraulic pressure (for pressing plate) can be adjusted according with product’s viscosity, it can also be adjusted according with press-packing speed.
