前些時(shí)候處理信用證時(shí)遇到一個(gè)要求空白抬頭的保單要求，如是在網(wǎng)上找到了這些，幫我解決了問(wèn)題，所以貼出來(lái)一起分享受一下。嘻嘻
1、如果信用證無(wú)特別規(guī)定，均由各出口商或投保單位為保險(xiǎn)人，并由其作空白背書。
2、如果信用證規(guī)定“Endorsed to the order of ......... Co. Ltd.“”，則由出口商做記名背書，背書時(shí)應(yīng)在保單正本背面空白處打上：“Claims, if any, payable to the order of ......... Co. Ltd.“”，再由出口商簽章，被保險(xiǎn)人仍為出口商。
3、如果信用證規(guī)定“Policy Issued in Negotiable Form“”or “Issued to order and Endorsed in Blank“”，保險(xiǎn)單可以出口商為被保險(xiǎn)人，并由出口商空白背書。
4、如果信用證規(guī)定“Policy Issued in the name of ......... Co. Ltd.“”則被保險(xiǎn)人應(yīng)填“......... Co. Ltd.“”不做背書。
5、如果信用證規(guī)定“Policy Issued to the order of (or in Favour of) ......... Bank“”，則在被保險(xiǎn)人欄出口商的名稱后加列“Held to the order of (or in Favour of) ......... Bank“”，并仍由出口商背書。
6、如果信用證規(guī)定“Policy issued in Neutral Name“”則被保險(xiǎn)人欄可以直接填：“To whom it may concern“”不做背書。
7、如果信用證規(guī)定“Policy issued to the order“”則被保險(xiǎn)人欄可直接填：“To the order“”不做背書。
8、如果信用證規(guī)定“Made out to ......... Co. Ltd.“”，則“......... Co. Ltd.“”可作抬頭或背書。
9、如果信用證規(guī)定“All ｄｏｃｕｍｅｎｔs except draft to be made out in the name of respection notifyparties as per attached lists.“”則除匯票外所有單證分別以受貨人名稱為抬頭（包括保險(xiǎn)單）。
10、如果信用證規(guī)定保險(xiǎn)單做成“To order“”，則應(yīng)在被保險(xiǎn)人欄填寫“To order“”，被保險(xiǎn)人必須在保險(xiǎn)單上背書。
11、如果信用證要求以非受益人的某某公司或某某銀行為保險(xiǎn)單的被保險(xiǎn)人，保險(xiǎn)單上被保險(xiǎn)人欄也應(yīng)照信用證要求填寫，但保險(xiǎn)單不用背書。
12、如果信用證規(guī)定被保險(xiǎn)人，但注明如發(fā)生賠償請(qǐng)付給某某公司(Loss if any, Pay to .........Co. Ltd.)，則仍應(yīng)以信用證的受益人為被保險(xiǎn)人，再背書，并在正本保險(xiǎn)單背面的空白處打上“Claims, if any, Payable to ......... Co. Ltd.“”。
