I begin to work at 8 o'clock, and I spent one hour on updating the products, then I spent time on doing the little things. About 9:30, I was asked to translate an english user manual. To translate on the computer is more easier, as I can check the english words that with the translate tool, however I have to translate it on the paper, actually it is nothing different.
It is troublesome to translate some strange words, I have to type it to the translate tool, anyway I can find out the way is good. To do the translation won't take too much time, I spent about an hour on faxing the document, at the first time I dialed the wrong fax number, and failed to fax of course, and then the second time, I sent the wrong information. Then the fax machine gave tips busy, so I couldn't continue to fax another paper, wait about 10 minutes and redialed again, I tried many times, finally it was sent successful.
I talked to the other side who get the fax document and made sure that she get the right information, just the little things, it took me an hour, what I should say, maybe I am not familiar with the fax machine, I seldom use the fax machine, I have to get to know well how to operate the fax machine, and I can use it without any trouble next time.
