??? 首先對于剛步入外貿行業(yè)的朋友們來說,要學的是先對外貿的流程有個大致的了解,也許我們當中有許多的朋友在學校的時候并沒有接觸過外貿方面的知識,而僅僅是出于這個行業(yè)的愛好,或許也是因為追隨找工作的大潮而步入了這個行業(yè),那么最基本的可以先讀《經貿英語》和《外面函電》方面的書籍,對自己的工作要有一個大概的認識,如果你目前從事的是跟單性質的,那么至少要了解跟單的幾大塊,1)樣品,這其中又包括樣品的開發(fā)和追蹤 2)報價,當然就包括客戶的詢價和你報出給客戶的價格3)定單,主要是大貨在交期內的跟蹤和出貨前一系列單證的準備工作 4)付款,不同付款方式下貨款的回收工作 5)售后服務 對于自己出給客人定單的反饋意見和面對客人投訴的解決方案。如果你是從事業(yè)務方面的工作當然上面的幾點也要做,但是我們會有多一個前期的市場開發(fā)工作。業(yè)務當然要自己去開發(fā)市場和客戶。

怎樣做好客人的詢價
先我就談一下如何面對客戶一個最基本的詢價的處理,客人的要求也許并不很專業(yè),而且也并沒有提什么特別的要求,那么我們該怎樣把這樣一個普通的詢價變成有競爭力的報價,也就是通常說的實盤呢?

看完這封回復,你會覺得也許比較長,客人那么簡單的幾句話為什么我們回復中會這么詳細呢,這就是涉及到我要說的靈活性,因為你如果只是簡單的告訴客人你的做法和價格,當客人拿到手上后他沒有參照,如果還有人給了他更低的價格后,我想也許你就會沒有任何音訊了,在當初我們一開始的工作麻煩點,花時間多點,會有好處,會給我們帶來更大的收獲,當你報了兩種價格給客人參考時候,那么客人的選擇就會大,他可以根據定單數量的大小和對品質的要求要選擇合適自己的價格,而且有列出我們相應的價格條款,大概的裝箱明細,樣品的交期和大貨的交期,以及運費由誰來承擔,我們公司接受什么樣的付款方式,于是客戶在收到我們的回復時候會更加有勝算的機會,而且會覺得我們對產品很專業(yè),有時候那怕是貴一點客人也會把定單放給我們來生產。所以,我們平時在面對客人的詢價時不能夠單純的報價,而是要考慮怎么樣把這個報價變成真正意義上的實盤。
