但是,現(xiàn)在都過了8-9個(gè)月了,在LINKEDIN加客戶,他回我一句who are you?.崩潰……
上周,我無聊,就寫一封信給他,想著反正也沒什么機(jī)會(huì)合作了,發(fā)泄一下我的不滿。
Hi Gavin,
You asked samples as your specifications, we made them for you,
sent out at our expense. But no feedback from you, even negative.
We were sincere, you hurted us. Maybe you have forgot us. We never bear
freight for samples in future.
今天收到客戶的回復(fù):
I am sorry you feel hurt but we get thousands of products for evaluation
every year. On top of this I get thousands of emails every week and I simply
cannot respond to all.
We have to priority our products and right now we are looking at other
items such as dispensing systems. Your samples are still here and logged in our
system and as soon as we can assess and test them we will feed back and make a
visit if needed. RTT has slipped backwards for us.
呵呵,天知道要會(huì)有什么結(jié)果。
