[size=18:090cc41a2a]ALI發(fā)過來的詢盤好多都是群發(fā)過來的,我們一般回復(fù)的話,很難得到回音,因為這些詢盤不是針對我們的,或者他們要求ALI群發(fā)給個會員的,以收集信息的,當(dāng)然對于一些假詢盤就沒必要回的,假詢盤,一般用的都是免費(fèi)郵箱,比如YAHOO,HOTMAIL,GMAIL的,那該怎樣讓他們回復(fù)呢,只有跟進(jìn)了,個人覺得跟進(jìn)郵件比回復(fù)詢盤還要重要的。對于群發(fā)的詢盤,我一般都是用幾乎固定的格式回答,內(nèi)容如下:
Dear Sir/ Madam(最好用客戶的名字),
Thanks for your inquiry at Aibaba.com.
We are professional supplier for high quality bathroom products at competitive price ,located in Foshan City, Guangdong Province. Here is the attachment with some pictures of our products that may suit your requirements, for more, please check our website, and select the products that you’re interested in.

但對于群發(fā)的詢盤來說,這樣的回復(fù)就很難吸引客戶的答復(fù),除非他正好需要你現(xiàn)在的產(chǎn)品。否則很難收到回信的。那過一段時間,偶就會發(fā)一封差不多這樣的跟進(jìn)郵件,大致內(nèi)容如下:
Dear Sir,
Good morning!
For several days no news from you, my friend. Now I am writing for reminding you about our offer for item of **** dated ** ** ** according to your relative inquiry at alibaba.com . Have you got (or checked) the prices or not? Any comments by return will be much appreciated. (一般我都會根據(jù)客戶要求的產(chǎn)品加上自己產(chǎn)品的特色)It will be our big pleasure if we have opportunities to be on service of you in near future.

說明一下,這個郵件內(nèi)容是FOB里外貿(mào)英語摘過來的,發(fā)現(xiàn)真的很有用的
就這樣短的跟進(jìn)的回復(fù)郵件,往往收到的回復(fù)是很大的,等下總結(jié)下客戶回復(fù)內(nèi)容。
補(bǔ)充下,如果客戶一段時間還沒有回復(fù)的話,還可以寫這樣的郵件給客戶:
Dear 客戶名字,
How are you? Hope everything is ok with you all along.
Now I am writing for keeping in touch with you for further business. If any new inquiry, welcome here and I will try my best to satisfy you well with competitive prices as per your request.
By the way, how about your order (or business) with item ***? If still pending I would like to offer our latest prices to promote an opportunity to cooperate with each other.

1. 客戶收到跟進(jìn)郵件后,如果覺得還沒有對我們產(chǎn)品有需求的話,他一般都會說以后聯(lián)系,不管怎樣,能讓客戶回復(fù)已經(jīng)不錯了(因為他們在ALI的詢盤是發(fā)給眾多的供應(yīng)商的)說明以后還是有機(jī)會的:

5. 回復(fù)的郵件差不多就這5類了,以上都是針對ALI群發(fā)過來的詢盤往來基本情況,有一些郵件不便轉(zhuǎn)到這里,我想如果不跟進(jìn)的話,根本沒有辦法讓客戶回復(fù)和了解你的。
我覺得跟進(jìn)其實比天天機(jī)械的去回復(fù)每天的詢盤要好的多了(ALI每天都是有的,但質(zhì)量不怎么高),第一次給他回復(fù),對于群發(fā)的詢盤來說,被回復(fù)的機(jī)會是很小的,從以上的幾個回復(fù)的郵件來看,客戶每天都可以收到幾個OFFER的。所以我們不跟進(jìn)的話,客戶是沒有時間回復(fù)你的》
還有,就是要注意寫跟進(jìn)郵件的時間應(yīng)該選在星期二到星期五,星期六到星期日寧愿在論壇灌水也不要去做那無用功(比如寫開發(fā)信等等),因為到星期一,客戶的郵箱里應(yīng)該是充滿不少的郵件,那么所謂開發(fā)的郵件他們是沒有時間看的,也只能有郵件被刪的命運(yùn)了?。?!
