Abstract:
Along with the popularization of higher education,how to fufill the society's need to talents of pioneering work in higher vocational colleges has been playing?an important role in?the construction of?harmonious society,thus to?propose that cultivation of talents of pioneering work has been becoming a?social responsibility?of the higher vocational colleges.Therefore,this article just aims to analyze the cultivation system?to talents of pioneering work and explore the methods for the cultivation system?in higher vocational colleges.
