Silicone powder
Silicone powder is introduced functional groups in the ultra high molecular weight silicone, and therefore plastic has better adhesion, compatibility. Silicon powder has better performance in improving the flow and stripping performance. It overcomes the shortcoming of other traditional silicone oil as additive to plastic weakness; it has high silicone content, high molecular weight, no precipitation, no slippage and other excellent characteristics in screw extrusion.

Usage method:
The silicon powder and the compatibility of the resin can be directly formed or granulated by mixing the resin in proportion.
Recommended adding amount:
When the adding amount of 0.5%, can improve the processing of products, mobility and release; when the amount of 0.5-0.8% added, can improve the surface properties of products (smoothness, finish, scratch resistance, wear resistance, etc.). For wear resistant to add 0.8-1.5%, wear can reduce the amount of 30-80%.
