If you maintain an account with any major brokerage firm in the world; you should have the capacity to trade on HKEX.
I have tradeed onHKEX in prior years through my broker in North America. My broker may not be extabilshed to trade directly on HKEX,
but they will have an agent in Hong Kong who buys on their behalf of theirclients. The commission structure would likely vary.
